Eclipse Night Journal

Date: ______________ · Eclipse: ______________

Before the eclipse (complete in the afternoon)

Prompt My notes
What have I been carrying through this season that belongs to the season that is ending?
What illusion have I been maintaining that I know is no longer true?
What will I name and release tonight?

During or immediately after (complete on the night)

Prompt My notes
What I released (write in full, uncensored)
What arose that I did not expect
What the eclipse felt like in my body
What I noticed in the sky, the room or my own mood as the eclipse progressed

Three days after

Prompt My notes
What has shifted since the eclipse?
What dream or intuition arrived in the following nights?
What is moving toward me that the release made room for?
What do I want to plant next now that this is cleared?

My eclipse word (one word that captures this release)

"I release it to the eclipse and trust the returning light to find me lighter."
