This 55-page journal follows all 13 lunar cycles from the 8 January 2027 new moon to January 2028. Every new, first quarter, full and last quarter moon is calculated in AEST and rounded to the nearest minute, with notes for WA and daylight saving states.
Star sign and deity ties: Moon magic has long been sacred to Selene and Artemis, and astrologers name the Moon as ruler of Cancer, the sign of the hearth and the heart. The 2027 Moon Journal makes a fitting token for esbat nights.

Questions
Why does the moon look upside down in Australia?
From Australia we see the moon from the other side of the planet, so it appears flipped compared with northern diagrams. Here a waxing moon is lit on the left and grows towards full, and a waning moon is lit on the right.
What dates does the 2027 Moon Phase Journal cover?
It runs from the new moon of 8 January 2027 to the new moon of 27 January 2028, thirteen lunar cycles, with every phase calculated in Australian Eastern Standard Time and conversions for every other state.
Is moon water safe to drink?
No. In the 2027 Moon Phase Journal moon water is plain water rested under the moon for altar and ritual use only. Label it not for drinking, and never put crystals in water you might use on skin or near food.
